Description
This class is an introduction to our campus, procedures, and protocols. It’s designed for Volunteer Handlers who are ready to take the next step in their training.
You’ll learn:

Safety protocols: PPE, bite-risk awareness, dog-to-dog/dog-to-human spacing, safe movement through doors and aisles

Kennel procedures: cleaning sequence, sanitation standards, supplies, labeling, and waste handling

Classroom procedures: setup/tear-down, traffic flow, handling reactive or stressed dogs, and supporting instructors

Incident reporting: what to document, who to notify, and where to find form
