You and your dog can execute novice signs; now it is time to put it together into a course. A few new signs will be included each week to help you grow.
Join other rally enthusiasts for an hour of practice with a complete course. Each handler and dog team will have the opportunity to run the course three times.
Instructors and dog handlers titled in AKC Rally will be on hand to guide you in your learning. See the session descriptions to see who will be leading each session.
This course has the option to bring a second dog with the same handler for a reduced fee. Dogs must be able to crate quietly while waiting their turn. Please allow time before and after your class to set up and take down the crate for each dog.
AKC Rally is available for all breed and mixed breeds of healthy dogs.
Age of Dog: 6 months or older
Prerequisites: Introduction to AKC Rally or instructor approval. To benefit from this course, you dog must be able to walk on a loose leash most of the time.
Crating your dog between runs is encouraged, please allow time to set up and take down your crate.
