Description
Set your new puppy up for a lifetime of good habits with early, fear-free training and safe socialization during the most important weeks of development. Please choose a class that begins at least two full weeks after bringing your puppy home from an environment with 5+ dogs.
What you and your puppy will learn:

Essential cues: sit, down, name recognition, to come to you when called,early leash walking skills

Polite greetings: sit for attention instead of jumping

Socialization basics: how to safely introduce people, places, and new experiences

Teething & chewing: gentle solutions for mouthing, biting, and chewing

Self-control: calm behavior for collaring, feeding, and play

Play & rewards: safe play, healthy treats, and encouraging a soft mouth

Puppy body language: read signals to prevent stress and build confidence

Settle skills: help your puppy relax at home and in new environments

Chew-toy training: love the toys—ignore the shoes

Clicker or verbal marker for clear timing

Safe equipment: flat collar/front-clip harness or head halter; no prong/shock/choke collars

Prerequisites
Age of puppy on first day of class: 8 weeks to 20 weeks
We ask that your puppy be in your home for two full weeks before you begin classes with us.
Proof of age appropriate vaccinations required.
